Troy Maxwell has significant land acquisition experience, speculative growth analysis, and an in-depth knowledge of the Greater Houston area, specializing in West Houston/Katy. His project coordination ability has involved land-asset management, general and limited partnerships, equity placements, and infrastructure financing.
Troy is on the Board of the West Houston Association and the Katy Economic Development Council. He also was a former 2 term chairman of the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce.
