The Reserve at Park 10 is a class A office building, located in the Energy Corridor on a 5.5 acre parcel on the northeast corner of Broadfield and Park 10 Place. This is along I-10 between S.H. 6 and Barker Cypress Rd. This building has a multi-level parking garage. This building was completed in 2009 and was sold.
Offices are planned for Katy Main Street.
